Because your Documents are legal instruments, we retain intake data and document records for a minimum of seven (7) years following delivery, unless you request deletion (see Section 7).

5. Data Security

This information is shared with Meta and may be used to measure ad performance and to show our ads to people likely to be interested in our Service. The Pixel does not receive the substantive legal information you provide during intake — your name, family details, assets, or healthcare wishes are never sent to Meta or any advertising platform.

We do not use this information to make automated decisions that produce legal effects on you beyond generating your requested Documents, and this information is never shared with advertising platforms.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
